Opening on 21 May 2022
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit payment of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the reservation.
The balance must be paid 42 days or more before you arrive.
Reminders are not sent out so be sure to diarise the date.
Non-payment will be regarded as a cancellation.
CREDIT VOUCHERS COVID19
When redeeming a credit voucher, the balance must be paid to secure the reservation.
Vouchers are redeemable subject to availability at time of booking.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In order to make your check-in easier, a security deposit will be requested by email 10 days before the start of your stay. This is carried out online via the secure platform run by our partner Swikly, for an amount of €200 (for rental accommodation) and 100€ (for camping fridge hire). This deposit is pre-authorised on your bank card and is not debited from your account.
The full amount of this deposit will be refunded to you, at the latest 3 days after your departure, if the accommodation/camping fridge has been left in a clean condition, and after deduction of any amounts retained to cover damage that may have been caused, services not paid for or the loss of keys given to you on arrival.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY
It is your responsibility to inform the campsite in writing of your decision to cancel. Cancellations should be emailed to email@example.com.
If you cancel more than 42 days before your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less 30% and less the reservation fee.
If you cancel 42 days or less prior to your arrival date, or in the event of non-arrival at the campsite, the deposit is retained.
If the payment has been made partially or totally with a credit note, the amount refunded does not include the credit note.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, there is no reimbursement.
Unless the campsite is advised in writing of late arrival, the pitch or let will become available 24 hours after the reserved arrival date.
HEALTH PASS COVID19
You will be required to show a health pass to access the campsite, in accordance with the government directives in force at the time of your stay. Not having a valid health pass is not considered grounds for a refund.
To cover any/all eventualities pertaining to COVID-19, it is your responsibility to acquire independent travel insurance tailored to your own country of residence in the event of disruption to your booking.
TOURIST AND ECO TAX
Tourist and Eco tax is shown clearly on invoices and is collected on behalf of the local municipality.
